Staging

What is Professional Staging?

Staging is the process of de-cluttering and arranging a room to appeal to the broadest buying market by drawing attention to the wall and floor spaces. Staging is the best way to gain the most money for your house as you prepare it for sale. Staging sets the scene to create immediate interest for any potential buyer.

Why invest in Staging?

Staging helps to sell your house in the least amount of time for the highest return possible. A typical return on staging investments ranges from about 300% to 600%. Staging sets your house apart from others. Potential buyers can look through staged rooms and envision themselves living in those spaces. Staging creates an appeal to the broadest audience to allow a house to sell for the highest amount possible.

Our Process

Step 1: Consultation
Stephanie meets with you to see what needs to be staged throughout the house inside and out. This time is spent looking at the potential for the space to make it appeal to the broadest audience of potential buyers.
Step 2: Implementation:
Stephanie will help you de-clutter the space, suggest change in wall color if necessary, and recommend furniture placement. This process shows off the space in the house and lets the potential buyers envision themselves in the space. Stephanie works at an hourly rate, making it possible for her to help you with as much or as little as you would like.
